Customer Feedback on Meter Reading and Meter Status

In continuation of its efforts for better customer service, HMWSSB decided to provide facility to customers to register anomalies in meter readings and on the status of the water meter by sending SMS from their registered Mobile Number. All the HMWSSB consumers who have issue in their bill, meter reading, and meter status can send their feedback via SMS by sending correct meter reading to 9985035035 from their registered mobile in the following format.
