Fourteen complaints relating to low pressure, billing, inadequate water supply, polluted water etc., from areas like Erragadda, Gowlipura, S.R.Nagar, Langar Houz, Jagadgirigutta, Shapur Nagar, Kapra, Karwan, Towli Chowki, Malkajgiri, Purani Haveli  etc., were received at “DIAL UR MD”, HMWSSB programme held at Board Office, Khairatabad on 21.11.2015. The Executive Director, HMWSSB, Sri. M.Satyanarayana, who chaired this programme assured to redress the complaints and instructed the concerned General Managers (E) to attend to the same immediately and send Action Taken Reports (ATR) to Head office.

    The Executive Director instructed the General Managers(Engg.) to rectify “No water supply”, “Pollution” Complaints on the top Priority.

       Earlier, during the “MEET UR MD” Programme about Twenty Two complaints mainly long pending billing issues were received. The Executive Director, Sri. M.Satyanarayana instructed concerned Chief General Managers(E)/(Rev) to resolve these complaints immediately.

   Among others who attended these programmes include Sri.S.Prabhakar Sharma, Director(Technical), Dr.P.S.Suryanarayana, Director(Revenue), Sri.G.Rameshwar Rao, Director(Operations), Chief General Managers(E) O&M Circles/Transmission/Revenue and General Managers (E) O&M Divisions, HMWSSB.
