Twelve complaints relating to billing, low pressure, inadequate water supply, polluted water, Sewerage Overflow etc., from areas like Gowlipura, Jeedimetla, Yousufguda, Malakpet, Kothapet, Moin Bagh, Kapra, Chandanagar, Lunger Houz, Shaikpet, Mehdipatnam etc., were received at “DIAL UR MD”, HMWSSB programme held at Board Office, Khairatabad on 16.04.2016. The Managing Director Sri.M.Dana Kishore, IAS, assured to redress the complaints and instructed the concerned General Managers (E) to attend to the same immediately and send Action Taken Reports (ATR) to Head office.

The Managing Director instructed the General Managers(Engg.) to rectify “No water supply”, “Pollution” Complaints on the top Priority.

Earlier, during the “MEET UR MD” Programme about Thirty Eight complaints mainly long pending billing issues were received. The Managing Director instructed concerned Chief General Managers(E)/(Rev) to resolve these complaints immediately.

Among others who attended these programmes include Sri.M.Satyanarayana, Executive Director, Dr.P.S.Suryanarayana, Director(Revenue)/FAC Director(Technical/P&A), Sri.G.Rameshwar Rao, Director (Operations), Sri.M.Yellaswamy, Director(Projects-1), Chief General Managers(E) O&M Circles/Transmission/ Revenue and General Managers (E) O&M Divisions, HMWSSB.
