REDRESSAL OF MANHOLE COVERS COMPLAINTS
For fast and efficient rectification of missing or damaged manhole cover complaints and to receive information from public in a much more quicker way, where they can share pictures and videos through WhatsApp regarding missing or damaged manhole covers which will be forwarded to concerned officers, a WhatsApp complaint service with cell no: 9949930003, was initiated on 28/06/2016 apart from existing Metro Customer Care of HMWSSB i.e 155313. From 28/06/2016 to 04/07/2016 122 complaints were received, out of which 106 were redressed.
Any citizen, to report a missing or damaged manhole cover can call Metro Customer Care i.e 155313 and lodge their complaint for which a token number will be generated and monitored till completion of the work. This is in addition to the WhatsApp service where the citizen can share and photos and videos as well.
