Sri. M. Dana Kishore, IAS, Managing Director, HMWSSB held a review meeting on Revenue issues here on Saturday the 15rd October, 2016.

Among other issues, he dwelt in detail about the Revenue collections of domestic and commercial connections.  

He instructed to collect 100% ‘Current Demand’ and 30% arrears. Focus should be made to increase number of paid CANs to improve revenues.

Disconnections of defaulters Commercial CANs, Government CANs should continue. Further, arrears from domestic, commercial top defaulters should be collected, he said. 

Later on, ‘Meet UR MD’ and ‘Dial UR MD’ programme were held.

Nine complaints relating to billing, inadequate water supply, polluted water supply leakage etc., from areas like Shapur Nagar, Hayathnagar, Chanda Nagar, Mettuguda, Saidabad, Gowlipura, Vijayanagar Colony etc., were received at “DIAL UR MD”, HMWSSB programme. The Managing Director assured to redress the complaints and instructed the concerned General Managers (E) to attend to the same immediately and send Action Taken Reports (ATR) to Head office.

During the “MEET UR MD” Programme about Sixteen complaints mainly long pending billing issues were received. The Managing Director instructed concerned Chief General Managers(E)/(Rev) to resolve these complaints immediately.
