MD REVIEWS JAL App ON 22.10.2016

Sri.M.Dana Kishore, IAS, Managing Director, HMWSSB reviewed the JAL App complaints of O&M Division No.V, Narayanaguda here on Saturday 22nd October 2016.

JAL App is an internal Information System wherein linemen are given Android Phones to capture complaints about water supply, sewerage, billing, pollution etc., in their working area. These complaints are immediately relayed to concerned Manager(Engg.) through GPS for taking prompt action.

The Managing Director exhorted the linemen to use effectively JAL App so that before complaints are received from customers, they should capture these complaints.

He further directed the Managers(Engg.), O&M Wing to give top priority in solving JAL App complaints and improve customer satisfaction. This would go a long way in improving the image of the Board in the minds of public.

Later, at O&M Division No.VII, Marredpally the Managing Director had breakfast with workers of the Division and distributed Android Phones to linemen for posting JAL App complaints.

Sri.G.Rameshwar Rao, Director(Operations), Sri.A.Prabhakar, Chief General Managers(Engg.), O&M Circle.III, Sri.N.Venkateswar Rao, Chief General Managers(Engg.)/P&A, Customer Care Center, HMWSSB were present.
