Thirteen complaints relating to inadequate water supply, low pressure, billing, sewerage overflow etc., from areas like Balaji Nagar, Jahanuma, Chandrayangutta, Shaikpet, Jillelaguda, Thukaramgate, Malkajgiri were received at “DIAL UR MD”, HMWSSB programme held at Board Office, Khairatabad on 16.09.2017. The Managing Director Sri.M.Dana Kishore, IAS, assured to redress the complaints and instructed the concerned General Managers (E) to attend to the same immediately.

Earlier, during the “MEET UR MD” Programme about Eleven complaints mainly water supply issues were received. The Managing Director instructed concerned Chief General Managers(E)/(Rev) to resolve these complaints immediately.

The Managing Director said that the Board was having good grievance redressal system and was approaching for ISO certification on Public Grievance Redressal.  Regarding ISO certification he instructed the Director (Revene) to engage a Agency to take care of the modalities for applying for ISO certification. In the mean time, the Board should also work out to have customer Grievance Redressal Cells in all O&M Sections with modern facilities to address to public grievances apart from other platforms of complaints solving like Social Media, Customer Care Centre, Prajavani, Meet Ur MD, Dial Ur MD Programmes etc..,
