The Sri.M.Dana Kishore, IAS, Managing Director, HMWSSB has resolved 24 complaints during Dial Your MD program held on 28^th March 2020. Viz. low pressure of water, water contamination, sewerage overflows, high billing etc.  Later he hold a teleconference with GM’s and instructed to keep their offices clean with  Sodium Hypo-Chlorite and see that every employee must use masks and sanitizers and be available round the clock to solve any issues pertains to the public in the divisions.

The Managing Director has said that 4 task force special teams consisting 100 linemen, sewerage staff, 1 GM, 2 DGMs, 4 Managers, 1 Police Officer and his staff will be kept ready at the head office to move in emergency. The MD has instructed the GM’s saying that 20 additional staff are to be identified to work round the clock for water supply, tanker supply, steps on water contamination.
