The Elets organization in coordination with Ministry of Jal Shakti Abhiyan and Namami Gange Mission conducted the 2^nd National Water and Sanitation Innovation Summit on 18-03-2021 and awarded “Excellence Award” to HMWSSB Theme Park in the Category of “Innovation in the Rainwater Harvesting by the District”. The award ceremony was held through virtual from New Delhi in view of COVID Pandemic. The Theme Park was inaugurated on 18-10-2018 by arranging 42 types of Rainwater Harvesting Methods. This is the 2^nd Theme Park in India after Banglore.
