Sri.M.Dana Kishore, IAS, MWSSB has resolved 13 complaints received from various areas during ‘Meet Your MD’ programme held on 6^th June 2020. The complaints like low pressure of water, water contamination, sewerage overflows, higher billing etc.  Later he reviewed on the monsoon action plan and instructed the officials for effective steps that people should not suffer due to water logging or sewerage overflow issues.

He said that safety grills have already been fixed to the 1.5 depth manholes and also instructed the officers to speed up for further fixing of safety grills to the manholes which have not yet been completed. The caution boards are also to be placed near to the deep manholes as indication to public.
