In order to ensure safe sewer cleaning practices in HMWSSB jurisdiction area, Sri M. Dana Kishore, IAS, Managing Director, HMWSSB has launched Safety Awareness programme Scheduled from 16.08.2021 to 30.08.2021 to all the Sewer Cleaning Workmen, Residential Welfare Association, Sewer Cleaning Machine Owners, Sewer Cleaning Contracting Agencies, HMWSSB Engineers, NGOs etc including Public Representatives.

The Managing Director has launched the programme at Siddartha Nagar Community Hall at Vengal Rao Nagar, on 16-08-2021 in presence of various public representatives, RWAs etc. Every worker has to aware about the importance and usage of safety equipment and toolkits. They must aware about the Standard Operative Procedures (SOP)s.
