Sri M. Dana Kishore, IAS Managing Diretor, HMWSSB has instructed the officials to pay special attention for collection of bill arrears 100% according to the pipe sizes above 40MM by October end. In order to improve Revenue through monthly water bills, pending arrears, the Board has decided to go stringent action against the commercial defaulters. The MD has reviewed the revenue of non domestic / commercial defaulters on 22-09-2021 and targeted the officials to collect all dues by October end.

All the water connections are to be geo-tagged and remainders are to be send over phone. And exclusive mobile has to be developed for easy solutions. He suggested the officials to survey and register all the non domestic connection in the app only after visiting the field.
