Sri M. Dana Kishore, IAS Managing Director, HMWSSB conducted a review with officials for precautionary measures to be taken to prevent difficulty in drinking water supply and sewerage problems in the wake of the onset of Ramzaan on 22-03-2022 at Board office. As the month of Ramzaan is about to begin, he directed the authorities to focus on sewerage issues as part of precautionary measures." He advised the authorities to identify the areas where sewerage overflows frequently in the vicinity of mosques so as not to disturb the devotees and said sufficient staff and machines should be made available. He also directed that fresh water be provided to the mosques and arrangements be made to supply water by tankers where necessary.
