HMWSSB has won the Public Relations Society of India (PRSI) National Award - 2023 in the "Coffee Table Book" category at the International Public Relations Festival - 2023 held on November 27 in New Delhi. HMWSSB awarded second prize competing with Indian Oil Corporation, NTPC, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and other multinational companies. The HMWSSB Managing Director Sri M. Dana Kishore expressed happiness on receiving the award.

HMWSSB Public Relarions Officer Sri K. Subhash and OSD(PRO) to MD Sri K. Manohara chary presented the award to the MD at the head office in Khairatabad on 02-12-2023.

The HMWSSB has already won 4 awards this year. Water Digest World Water Award, Telangana State Best Ownership Award, Best Practices in Waste Water Management Award by Telangana State Pollution Control Board (PCB) and Energy and Environment Foundation (EEF) Global Award 2023 in the Category of Innovation in Water Technology Project of the Year 2023 for outstanding achievements in Water Management.
