A team of 8 newly recruited IAS trainee officers 2019 batch visited HMWSSB office on 31-03-2021 for one day orientation. The Managing Director, HMWSSB has clarified about various section and the job chart that is being implemented by HMWSSB everyday.

Supplying of pure and safe drinking water after chlorination for about 1 crore people upto the ORR limits on one side and the treatment of sewerage water and releasing into Musi river on the other side are two hand in hand of HMWSSB. The Water Transportation from Krishna and Godavari Sources, Pumping and Lifting, Transmission and Distribution, Chlorination, Treatment, Operation and Maintenance are some of the key elements in the day to day job charts of every employee in HMWSSB.

The Sewerage Jetting Machines introduced for the first time in HMWSSB are appreciated by Prime Minister office. The HMWSSB has got ISO certification for providing safety drinking water among all cosmopolitan cities like Delhi, Bombay, Chennai etc.
