RESOLUTION TO SEWAGE PROBLEMS IN THE SUBURBS OF GHMC WITH A COST OF RS.35 CRORES ON 06.11.2021

The Water Board Managing Director Sri. M. Dana Kishore, IAS said proposals have been prepared with Rs. 35 Crore for the solution of sewage problems in the suburban municipalities under GHMC. On Saturday (06.11.2021) he conducted a review with the CGMs, GMs and DGMs at Board office. The Water Board has taken over the responsibilities of sewerage management in the suburban municipalities of GHMC from October 1st. As directed by the Managing Director, the O&M Managers and other superiors inspected the field and identified a total of 792 hotspots and steps are being taken to start work in the next few days worth of Rs. 35 Crore, said MD Dana Kishore. The meeting attended by Dr. M. Satyanarayana, ED and other Directors Sri Sridhar Babu, VL Praveen Kumar, Ajmira Krishna, Ravi Kumar, and Swamy.
