Sri M. Dana Kishore, Managing Director, HMWSSB reviewed on O&M, Revenue, MCC, Single Window and other components with the concerned officials on 05-01-2023 at Board office and instructed the officials to collect the pending bills of non-domestic and non-free water connections. Notices are to be issued to those who persist in paying dues for a long time. If they do not respond, their connection should be removed. However, domestic slum consumers and government welfare departments are advised not to pressurize for bill payment. The applications for new connections should be reviewed and appropriate action to be taken to grant them immediately.

The Managing Director also said complaints coming to MCC should be resolved quickly and special priority should be given to solve complaints about polluted water, sewage overflow and missing manhole covers.
